The Herd with Colin Cowherd airs weekdays 12 pm to 3 pm on Sports Radio 100.9 The Mitt.

Colin Cowherd has been the host of The Herd with Colin Cowherd  for over 20 years.  Since 2015, Colin has been a staple in Fox Sports Radio lineup.

Colin was raised in Grayland, Washington and currently resides in Los Angeles, California. 

​

Colin has two children, a son and a daughter.
