Hemlock, Mich. - The Hemlock Huskies (2-0) tipped off their 2023-24 home schedule with a commanding 50-22 victory over the Bullock Creek Lancers (0-2). The defending Division Three State Champions have not lost a game since January 21, 2023.
Eight Huskies scored on the night, with junior Carly Siler leading the pack with 15. Siler sunk three, from behind the arc.
The Borsenik twins Hannah and Lauren made their presence known. Hannah posted nine points, and Lauren, a Concordia U - Ann Arbor commit recorded eight. Both Borseniks did not play in the fourth quarter. The senior duo helped Hemlock win the rebound battle.
The Lancers were limited to single digits in the first half, 54 percent of their scoring came from two players. Avery Campau and Daisy Schwartz each finished with six points.

Hemlock next-up will play at Saginaw Nouvel Catholic Central on Tuesday, December 12th, at 7:00 p.m. Bullock Creek's home opener is Monday, December 11th, with the opponent to be determined.
